Participants should have German language skills at the native speaker level. They will take part in an intensive two-month online course that requires active participation and engagement. During the course, participants will translate two excerpts from books by Ukrainian authors (each 4-5 pages) into German. The translations will be remunerated.

Course program:

• Two-month collaboration in tandem with an experienced translator of Ukrainian literature

• Two online seminars and general discussions with all participants

• A lecture on Ukrainian literature

• Presentation of a catalog with the text excerpts translated into German

The application deadline is October 27, 2024.

The announcement of the results is on November 4, 2024.
