Ukraine Culture Security Forum 2025 in Berlin
The Ukraine Culture Security Forum will take place in Berlin on 22–23 October 2025. This international platform brings together experts, cultural professionals, and decision-makers from Ukraine, Poland, Germany, and France.

The forum highlights the central role of culture in times of crisis, its significance for national security, and its function as a tool for resilience during war and hybrid threats.
In Russia’s full-scale war against Ukraine, culture has become a direct target. The forum will discuss how cultural institutions, especially museums, contribute to the protection of national identity and help preserve cultural heritage and societal resilience. It will also address international cooperation in safeguarding and restoring endangered cultural assets.
The event is aimed at professionals from the cultural, political, security, and defense sectors, as well as international organizations committed to the protection of cultural heritage.
The conference will be conducted in both German and English.
Registration for October 23 is required for access. Please note that there will be a separate invitation for a roundtable discussion on October 22 in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Berlin.
The event is organized by the OBMIN Foundation under the patronage of Ambassador Jan Tombiński, Polish Embassy in Germany / Ambasada Polska w Niemczech.
