At the press conference, held under the motto “Partners for a Secure Europe”, it was emphasised that cooperation between the two countries extends beyond security and the economy to encompass culture and social relations. These were identified as one of the three strategic priorities of the partnership.
As part of the season in Ukraine and Germany, an extensive programme of events is planned, bringing together cultural institutions, artists, researchers and a wide audience in intercultural dialogue. The programme includes theatre and music events, film screenings, exhibitions, joint museum and literary projects, public lectures and discussions, artistic exchange programmes, university partnerships and information campaigns in both countries.
